How to reset a reseller user's MFA in the Intcomex Cloud Platform (ICP) portal

Within the Intcomex Cloud Platform (ICP) portal, we select the user to which we want to restore the MFA.


Next, select the SECURITY tab.


Then, in the Multi-factor Authentication capability, click on the ON button to reset the MFA .

Note: If the ON button in the Multi-Factor Authentication capability is not enabled when selecting the user, it is possible that the user has not previously configured MFA.


Then, we accept the confirmation with the Okay button.


Finally, we can validate that the Multi-Factor Authentication capability has been restored when we see that it is already visible.
