      Activate Windows Server Using The Command Line

      Activating the Windows license using the CMD command line is extremely easy

      The first step will be to  open the CMD command console , to do so you have to open the  Windows search engine  and type the word  CMD .

      Once the program is open, access with  administrator permissions by  clicking the right mouse button and choosing the corresponding option.

      Then you must type the following command:

      • slmgr / ipk XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX  (here is the product key)

      Once you have written the commands, you will see that three different windows will open in which you can see the progress of the activation.

       

      When the process is complete, close the Windows window   and it  will automatically be activated . To check that everything was done correctly, you can  verify from the control panel  or by opening the console again.
