# Lack of compatibility with the IMTranslator plugin

If you have the imtranslator plugin installed on your navigator, the plugin can automatically add HTML code in your signature. This is not a voluntary action from us.
For example:

![](https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/67974492/afd1ce169744689ca52399ab/image.png)

Solution: the proposed solution is to deactivate the plugin from your navigator, to delete the signature affected by this behavior, and to create a new one.

Once this has been done, you can reactivate your translator.
